Serving the Greater Sacramento Area

Welcome & thank you for joining me!

Haseya is a Navajo word that means "rise up" & "she rises". This is what I strive for every day....

Rising up to find strength in adversity, beauty and light in the struggles, and peace through the

healing of my body, my heart and my spirit.

I’ve created this site to offer my services as a Doula, Yoga Teacher & Wellness Coach as well as share my own wellness journey with anyone looking for information & inspiration. Nothing (besides my children) has brought me more joy than working

with women as they discover (remember) their power; helping them find their strength, their grace,

and their own innate claim of true health & wellness.

You have everything you need right there inside of YOU!

Keep rising & thank you for meeting me here....

With love and light,

Robynn
